Dear Brad

 Writing to thank you so very much for all the effort you put into selling Aunt Lola's house.  From start to finish you put in a lot of time & effort to make things a lot easier for us.  You did go far and beyond the normal procedure & we would like to thank you not only for your professional help but also your personal help was appreciated very much. We couldn't have managed without you.

We realise you did go out of the normal boundaries & for this we are very grateful, nothing was to much trouble for you & you kept in touch during the whole process so we new exactly what & where we were.

It is also refreshing to deal with a professional who is so helpful & honest. A person you can trust with everything & someone who gives their word & you know you can rely on it. Very much like the old handshake where your word is your bond.
