Your deep familiarity of the local area and very astute assessment of the current market conditions meant that things played out almost  as you forecast them.  The only incorrect issue was the expected sale price, which instead greatly exceeded our expectations. 

Our property waqs sold after only being listed on the market for 1 week with only 2 viewings, just as you predicted- constantly reassessing things over time and updating us on it progress/market conditions.

 Also wanted to thank you for the additional information and again the assessment of market you also provided us regarding the purchase of our new property, which helped us greatly.  This was really appreciated as you had no personal interest in that transaction.
